This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. Nice ambience and good service. We had a starter to share and afterwards some pasta. All was tasty and good. Pasta well cooked and good portion. Overall a very good address, haven't tried the other dishes but I'll give another try in the next future. It's a must, a place to try!

We stumbled upon Ristorante Pizzeria Amici Miei in Capo D’ Orlando during our search for lunch. The friendly staff welcomed us warmly, and the well-arranged table settings added to the pleasant ambiance. The black-and-white movie pictures on the walls gave the place a nostalgic feel. Fabulous place. We had pasta, vongole and prawn. Both dishes were amazing! Best vongole I've had whilst travelling around Sicily. Nice ambience, clean and very attentive staff. Highly recommend
We came across Amici Miei by accident as we were walking past on our evening passeggiata. Kate has been yearning for a Spaghetti alla Norma ever since we arrived in Sicily. I checked the menu, Norma was available and they had a nice outside table available so we took the opportunity. The food was an all round delight. For starters, we ordered an Affumicata salad (topped with the most delightful roasted peppers) and some Bruschetta Al Pomodoro. Kate’s large serving of Spaghetti alla Norma arrived and she actually managed to finish it all. I ordered the Cacio e Pepe spaghetti. Another big delicious serving which I almost finished. I appreciated the extra condiments on the table, especially the pepper mill and olive oil. It enabled me to tune the starters to my tastes. Kate and I enjoy finding a restaurant and arriving with no expectation and then walking away after the meal very satisfied. I can’t forget to mention the excellent service we received. The waiter/waitress visited each table to make sure that everything was ok. Thank you Amici Miei…
